Operators first.
Accountants second.
StrickerCo was built by people who run a business the same way we tell our clients to run theirs — with discipline, systems, and zero tolerance for average.

We started StrickerCo in 2015 because we kept watching the same story play out: great operators — people exceptional at their craft — leaving money on the table year after year. Not from lack of hustle. From lack of a financial system built for how their business actually works.
Nobody teaches you this. There is no trade school for running a profitable company. You learn the work, you get good, you grow — and somewhere past your first million in revenue, the systems that got you there stop working. Cash gets unpredictable. Tax season becomes a panic. You work harder every year and wonder when it gets easier.
It doesn't get easier on its own. That's where we come in.
Who we are
John leads every advisory and CFO engagement. Strategy, financial control, cash flow systems, and the hard conversations that actually change how a business runs. He approaches business the way he approaches everything: disciplined, precise, and allergic to excuses. If you want an advisor who tells you what you want to hear, we are not your firm.
Kelsey runs the operation. The work gets done right, clients are taken care of, and the firm runs exactly the way we tell our clients theirs should — on systems, not heroics. We hold ourselves to the standard we sell. That's not a slogan; it's the whole point.
We are 100% remote and serve operators nationwide. We keep the client list intentionally tight — deep work with businesses we believe in beats shallow work with everyone.
What we believe
A business cannot consistently outperform the operator leading it. Personal excellence comes first — then leadership, systems, financial control, operational discipline, freedom, and legacy. That's the Operator Architecture, and it's how we run StrickerCo before we ever apply it to a client.
The way you do one thing is the way you do everything.
